SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

This training will focus on athletes from adult professionals to children, individual to team sports.

It aims towards maximum performance benefits through sports related exercise and nutrition.


Aiming to increase cardio- vascular fitness, speed, agility, power, strength, balance, flexibility and looks at sport psychology to help the athlete have an edge over the rest.
